Josh Bramer grew up in the family business of real estate. He graduated from the College of Business Administration at the University of South Florida and entered the corporate world of property and casualty insurance. After working as a supervisor with a major insurance company, he seized the opportunity to combine his insurance experience with his family real estate background to create his own company, Sterling Land Title Services.

Nick Gates graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in computer engineering. After working as a software engineer for several years, he decided to take his analytical and technological experience and apply them to real estate. After obtaining his title agent license from the state of Florida, he formed Sterling Land Title Services with Josh Bramer.
